Use unknown. Long wooden piece tapers to rounded point at bottom. Two holes drilled in wood. Narrower piece of wood at top with wooden pin inserted. 2009: Skip Brack at Liberty Tool Museum does not know how this would have been used - thought it was probably intended for a very specific use.

Description:
Very stiff rawhide nailed together. Appears to be a handle. "O.Allen" could possibly be Obadiah Allen - 1829-1915. This would be the original owner of this object rather than a donor. Unidenitified and no provenance. Do we have a deed of gift?
