Description:
Wooden trestle table with a varnished top. The top shows significant signs of wear, including some graffiti and staining, but has been revarnished. The legs, trestle, and underside of the table are unvarnished. The table top is supported by naturally-formed wooden branches. This is one of two tables in the main area of the Fleet House, both of which are likely part of the original furnishings of the building. The other table is 2022X.02.012.

Description:
Settee consisting of a varnished wooden base, with two drawers, and an upholstered seat and back. There are two drawers in the base, each of which originally had two drop pulls. This settee now (2023) has one handle (left) on the right drawer and none on the left. The blue upholstery on the seat and back is stained, and the wooden base shows sign of extensive wear. This settee is one of two and these appear in early photographs of the Fleet House. They are likely part of the original furnishings. The other settee is 2022X.02.010 [show more]

Small container, possibly for pencils. Marked in pen "Northeast Harbor, ME." Jolly man on side; rough wood at bottom. 6" high, 2.5" diameter at top. Donor says this is from the Olander House on Islesford and was given to her by Marian Olander Bradow as the house was about to be sold to the Callandro Family. The house is now owned by Louis Siegel.
