American landscape architect Beatrix Farrand's family home, Reef Point, is the subject of this exhibit, curated especially for the Blum Gallery by Farrand expert, Eleanor McPeck. The exhibit includes rare unpublished drawings, photographs, specimens and memorabilia of the Reef Point Garden project. Also included are archival and contemporary photographs of her carriage path designs of Acadia National Park and other public and private gardens on MDI.
